Why would you need to pay for coffee the atmosphere of the hotel is dead as it is but to charge for everything is insane. I could’ve went else where and gotten coffee for FREE waste of money.
I found the property to be in very very nice and clean condition. Mikhala at the front desk deserves 10 stars for positive attitude and being helpful and sincere. I understand she’s worked there for a while. Kudos to you Mikhala!
The people who work here are disrespectful, ignorant, judgmental, lazy, and racist with zero hospitality skills whatsoever. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Stay somewhere else. First I arrive and they said I didn't have a reservation. I showed them everything and it took them 20 minutes to find it. The beds are very hard. The heater is very loud. The whole "kitchen area" of my room is 3X6 MAYBE. The thermostats don't work. The furniture is beat up. Lots of things wrong with this place. Should've known when I saw the empty parking lot with Great Wolf Lodge down the road. The toilet isn't working right. Takes about 3 flushes.
