RecommendedThe customer service was very nice and the rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in.
i have been a member since 2008 and the customer service is always excellent no matter where i stayed,the food the clean rooms and internet were all excellent,however i did stay at the one at midway and my reviews weren't positives at the time,,holiday inn did reach out to me and corrected it...thank you holiday inn you guys are great as always i highly recommend the holiday inn and their partners they are awesome 🙂
I slept in the bed and I enjoy my room I just found a little glitch I am operating the coffee machine and there was a towel lodged between the doorway of the next room in our room but other than that I thought we had a good time at the Holiday Inn

Great last minute stay while stranded at Chicago-midway. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free shuttle & breakfast, super short walk to TGI Friday’s for dinner (same parking lot).
The staffs was amazing hotel the room were clean great breakfast so over all I would defiantly invite other Thank you Holiday inn
