⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience I checked into this hotel on Monday and immediately reported that the shower in my room was not working. I stopped by the front desk again this morning and reminded them that I still could not take a shower. The rooms were filthy and uncomfortable. We had pre paid for breakfast only to find the only thing in the breakfast area was a crock pot with water and live bugs in it. We went to the front desk and were told to go sit down and someone would take our order. No one ever came . They did not refund our money for breakfast.

Clean, fair price for staying two nights. I would probably stay again coming to the area. Very convenient exit for visiting Monticello and charlottesville downtown mall. Problems were shower door very leaky to floor, sliding bathroom door in disrepair. Unclosable, tv quit working and had to use my own extension cord to bypass the problem.

The ice machine on several floors was broken. Is a real problem when you have to go down or up floor to get ice. Room is what you would expect
