The room was fine, nothing special. The hotel is in a very industrial part of the city. I guess that’s to be expected by the airport. Be prepared to be charged for every little thing including water to fill a bottle. The cost per night was the cheapest in the area and still way too expensive for what it was. The water pressure in the shower was a limp sprinkle. Also, the harsh bathroom lighting is uncalled for. The staff didn’t want to be there and it showed.

Today, two colleagues of mine arrived at Holiday Inn-Boston Logan with confirmed reservations booked via Super/Expedia, only to be turned away at check-in because of an ongoing renovation. The hotel claims they had provided notice to Expedia and yet at the time of booking, there was zero disclosure of any of this along with the hotel's inability to accommodate guests. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that charges you for breakfast for a normal hotel breakfast. $17.99 is wild when it’s usually free or added into your room fee. I was not checked out yet I went down stairs to get something came back and a cleaning lady was in my room making the bed. No sheets where changed and no pillow cases. That is nasty to not change the bed sheets or pillow cases. I know hotels do not change the comforter every time but you just change sheets and pillow cases.
