Please let me correct my original review: After I posted it in a very unhappy state, I must re-evaluate. Our desk agent was patient, kind, and helpful. He allowed our party to occupy his main area to avoid having to call 2 more ubers to the airport and back for 7 people. He offered us food, cold drinks and coffee and made sure to get the paperwork to the airline promptly. He left the information I requested with the overnight desk agent for us. Very good hotel. Parking is standard so really no need to charge the guests. Just a revenue generator.
