I booked this hotel through Capital One Travel a month ahead of time. I showed up to the hotel at 9pm and was told that they overbooked the hotel and that did not have a room. I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. I was able to find another hotel in Boone but had to pay a premium for the stay. I went from using points to stay to having to pay $500 for a two-night stay at another hotel on my own dime. Booked on the website—not a third party service—and we arrive to find out they overbooked. I would expect at least a phone call or an email before?

Great hotel very, very clean 👌🏻 mine is a true review... I went on a holiday weekend with friends for a ski trip, they have an excellent schedule for the jacuzzi from morning until 11pm after going all day skiing great time at the jacuzzi with very good size 👍🏻

Customers don’t know how to park when asked to get the owner of the car that boxed my car in parking incorrectly, manager got the guy he came down and instead of moving his car pulled forward 2 inches and said if I didn’t listen to him direct me on how to back out he wasn’t gonna help me (maybe cause I’m a small woman and he thinks he is high and mighty) management let this man talk to me in a horrible manner.
