Started with bugs in the room had to switch, fridge broke elevator broke no toilet paper, hotel stinks, loud rooms water not hot hard beds. Would not stay here again first and last time.
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom doesn't even have a fan in it so if someone takes a dump, the whole room smells. And you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room for you???? Oh and of course they price gouged us because of some college event was happening this same nights we stayed here. $350 a night is outrageous for this room.

Perfect stay for Boone
This place is not up to par with the rest of the brand. The room stinks. That nice looking pool in the pictures is closed with no water in it. We were missing light bulbs from the lamps. The TV doesn't work.
