1/30/26- As IHG Diamond members, we’ve stayed at many hotels. This was by far the nicest. I was upgraded to a suite which was clean and very spacious. The hotel manager, Michael, saw me struggling with my bags and rode the elevator with me and brought them to my room. Had dinner at the restaurant bar, which was also very nice. Bartender was courteous and attentive. Overall, wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
Up here for 6 months for work, staff is great, food at the restaurant is good. The front office manager Michael Steven’s is great, super polite and helpful.
Kyneshia and Andy were amazing! They were super friendly, attentive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Very nice hotel, Holiday Inn is lucky to have Kyneshia and Isaiah at the front desk, they were extremely hospitable and friendly!
