From check in to check out the service, amenities, dining options and room quality hit the mark of any excellent international hotel chain. Everything turned out to be flawless. Special shoutout to our front desk check in staff member (Shahadat?) who made us feel welcomed and excited for our stay. We will absolutely choose this property again for our stay.

It has always been a pleasure staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown in Binghamton! Their staff, especially Far & Angela are always kind and accommodating!
This hotel is coviniently located in downtown Binghamton and easily access to I-81, I-86. Room is old and decent on 7th floor. We like the front desk receptionist Far, who was very helpful to make room change and provides suggestions.
An excellent choice, right in downtown Binghamton! A large parking lot so you're not hauling your stuff three blocks, either. A special hats off to the front desk staff - Andy was exceptional, from reservation to check-in. He balanced professional friendliness with polished confidence. Kamal was working with him to take care of details. A smooth check-in and restful stay.
