Run! What I reserved on line verses what i got was horrible. Why you taking advantage of ppl like that?
Don't come here if you are handicapped. You get sent to a hotel that isn't connected to the main hotel. It is so run down and definitely not safe. The staff was rude, idk if it was just their culture because they are not from this area or what, but only one housekeeper was kind, the front desk and manager lady have some serious issues when you come to them unsatisfied. Be warned you will have to park in very unsafe, parking lot, zero lights or security, with quite a walk to the hotel. So many cars were getting broken into we... read more
Horrible experience. Booked online and was sent to a jankey 3 story next to the hotel. Parking is Horrible, the staff are from another country and are rude, and front desk refused to refund the nights I already paid for but we refused to stay another night due to the constant crime, fights, and slamming doors. If we had not of arrived so late from a long drive I wouldn't of even stayed the one night we did. Absolutely unacceptable service and we will NEVER return.
Convenient location. Great view. Clean room
Good hotel. Warm pools. Good location. No breakfast sucks but they have a little Starbucks coffee bar so that was really nice. Good place for the money. Ill stay here again before i ever go near the doubletree resort again
