Female Front desk clerk at check in could be more pleasant. Male Front desk clerk at check out was kinda rude.
Ok so me and my family stayed here and we wanted to go to the arcade, we put a 20$ bill(my hard earned money) into the kiosk and it fails to print our cards, the kiosk tells us to go to the front desk, we go to the front desk and the manager Angie gives us a number to the supposed kiosk owner and tells us this hotel doesn’t own it, I wasn’t gonna let this slide because she said she couldn’t refund us and tried to refund our room and kick us out, the number she gave us was for the hotel.Overall experience don’t waste your tim... read more
