After five years of having great experiences here, my most recent stay was awful. Despite requesting two double beds before I arrived with a pregnant friend, I got a king room with a sleeper sofa that barely fit into the room and it was uncomfortable. Treated like second class citizens by the front desk staff who didn't care about our request. Finally got to the room but it was already occupied! Room clean, staff helpful, parking not so good, arrived late? 9:15? kitchen closed bartender got a bowl of soup for me, thanks craig, bed was nice, bath clean, front desk efficient, pool clean and open, exercise room had been moved so hard to find and not really worth finding. Stayed 2 nights no complaints. Got room that included breakfast but weren't serving at stated time so missed breakfast and kind of upset that they won't refund, but need to lose a few pounds anyway, thanks HI
