The front desk check-in service was very bad! I reported to the corporate office and file the complaint. At the hotel check-in service, I asked about the parking rate and group event discount, but the representative became upset, thinking I was arguing about the price. He then responded to me racistly, saying, "I do not understand your foreign accent." I requested to speak to a supervisor, but he claimed he was the only one available for the weekend. The staff here are a treasure trove of helpful and reliable information and courtesy. The room was beyond impressive and impeccable. Evanston is such a hidden gem in the rough. Included the pics from my 12th floor room windows.
