Very nice. Clean spacious room. Breakfast was plentiful.
I stayed in this hotel for the past 3 times and I just found out that I am not accumulating my point due to the booking on line. Apparently they don’t accept CLC as a payment. Every other hotel in Ontario does but this location does not ??? Maybe the staff is not trained on how to book a reservation. It’s just very weird to me. Now I did not get my 3 nights staying in this location even though I had other options with other hotels.
My new go-to hotel for businesses trips to the Muskokas. Excellent stay. Friendly, helpful staff across the board. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent number of well placed power outlets - but I can always use more. lol Good sized fridge (dorm size) with a freezer compartment. Microwave is at eye level. Parking is a bit limited with no place for a trailer unless you disconnect and park the trailer in one spot and the tow vehicle in another spot. Good breakfast with decent variety of options. We have been coming here for 5 years and have a wonderful stay each time . Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean. Marisa the hotel manager always greets us with a warm friendly smile and make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Thank you Marisa for a excellent stay as always! See you next year.
