Great for location and being furnished and price! I have lived here for about 2+ years and although its not the newest and prettiest place to live...it is sooo incredibly convenient that i dont want to move! water and heat are paid which is great but electricity is a pain cuz they have the old AC which are really unefficient. the heater is a boiler so you cant control the heat and a lot of times in the fall my electric bill is really high cuz its so freaking hot in here cuz once they turn the heater off they wont turn it on.... read more
