I highly recommend this resort! First and foremost, the customer service is excellent - a major thank you to Lisa, the manager, who really supported me during a major snowstorm (I'm from Australia and not used to snow). The rest of the staff were exceptional too (check-in/check-out, maitenance, security at the gate, the GM, etc). The rooms are so large and cozy. The location of the resort is conveniently located and in a quite area. I will definitely stay again if I ever get the chance to return to Branson!

As being part of Silverleaf I'm disappointed with the closing our resort, therefore we won't be driving here much more. Probably will sell our room.
