The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The biggest downfall was we felt Very pressured right off the bat to attend a time share meeting. We came to enjoy a family vacation, not make a business deal. Even after saying “no” very firmly, probably 20 plus times, they just continued to pressure us. The time share seminar was not mentioned in the initial booking and was sprung on us after driving 4 hours at arrival.
Kaden and other activity centre staff are the reason we have given three stars otherwise would be a two star! Free pool in the activity centre was a nice option. We booked this resort through a vacation exchange program and unfortunately got the bare minimum space that met the obligation and that was it. The value was definitely not there with the room we were in. We tried to see about a larger room but were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done because it was booked on the exchange. Great staff. Great condo. Overall great place to vacation.
Was a great time to get away and relax. Location was convenient and close to many attractions that were in the Branson area, this place sits on 500 acres so is spred out. All staff were amazing and friendly either in person or via text. My wife and I wouldn't of expected less from the Holiday Inn brand (IHG). Was nice to have quiet and feel refreshed. Didn't have any noises from others or distractions. Was a great time to recharge the body and enjoy a vacation.
Today we had the pleasure of attending the end of year luau. The event eas amazing. Jessica and Kristi made the entire trip for our family. Ive been an owner for q2 years and have never enjoyed a day more. Thank you
