AC went out late afternoon. Called multiple different HVAC companies in the St. Louis area, no one had emergency call outs available. Air Alliance was the only company available. Not only did they have same night emergency service, but Ed arrived a little over an hour after calling. Ed was amazing and diagnosed this issue getting our AC running again. Ryan was great and knowledgeable! He showed me pics and the part that was broken and explained to me what was going on. He was able to get our air working in a very reasonable time and they also came out first thing the next day after calling! Will definitely use again. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan was amazing! Showed up on time, very informative on what the issue was, fixed quickly and got the AC back up and running in no time! Also did some extra checks on the system to make sure everything else was working properly for the year, and we are now going to have twice yearly checks because he was so great! Highly recommended!
