Bought a boat from Rick Stewart at Holiday Harbor in August of 2023. Upon inspection prior to taking delivery, it was observed a cat or other stray animal had shredded the Marine Mats on the rear of the vessel. Rick said he would replace the damaged mats and send us a new set. This was put into writing on the sales contract. It is now January of 2024 and we do not have the promised replacement mats. I had a great experience at Holiday Harbor Boating Center while searching for a Pontoon boat. The team at Holiday Harbor are boating experts with years of knowledge regarding all brands of boats. Most importantly they are honest and transparent in the way they conduct business and go above and beyond to make customers happy. Rick and Drew were awesome!
