We love Holiday Harbor Houseboat rentals for the price, and the great customer service by the staff. We had an older boat this year that had several issues. The maintenance staff took care of each one. They came all the way out to where our boat was to fix the problems. At the end of our week we were given a compensation for our troubles. 4 Stars instead of 5 because of the “not perfect” experience.
Sammy, Kyle, Randy and entire staff from start to finish made our trip another great one. The boats are older, but in good shape and problem free. We have been using Holiday Harbor for several years and plan to keep doing so.
We rented a houseboat for a week - despite being one of the busier weeks, it was ready on time, and the service and courtesy of Holiday Harbor are top-notch. They are organized in every way!
Easy experience from beginning to end. Definitely recommend and will be back.
