I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in for my first haircut in 3 years and left with one of the worst haircuts of my life. I asked to keep as much length as possible on my nearly waist length hair with MEDIUM to long layers. I now have bob length layers as short as my ear but only in the back! The rest is past my shoulders. I don’t even know how it happens to have a halo of long hair in the perimeter of my head but short hair on the crown. I got my hair cut and eye brows waxed. She did a great job but i didn’t want my hair shampooed or styled but i still had to pay for it because of how the online booking is. So I doubt i will go back unless I just do a walk in.
Savanna gave me a very good haircut… she was very professional and pleasant.
Me and my boyfriend have been here before and never had a good experience. We aren’t the type of people to complain and try things again. First time he got a bleach and they burnt his scalp with the hot water and we believe gave him burns from the bleach. I also made an appointment to just dye my hair a darker brown and the girl washing my hair had it on the highest temp and was very rough.
