Jenyfer does a great job of listening to the clients and tailoring the haircut to meet their needs.
Jen is amazing and super talented unfortunately I couldn't book with her for today and I ended up with a more feminine look despite asking for the opposite. I will make sure to book with Jen next time as I've always been pleased w her work and the way she communicates
Mercedes got me in and out in about an hour. It usually takes me 3 hours to do my hair myself. My hair hasn't been this straight in a while. I really enjoy my experience and Mercedes' expertise.
