I was treated with such disrespect from the owner. She hung up on me when I called, and when I arrived said I was the most unique customer she’s ever had (in a bad way) because I asked for my $5 delivery charge back since my flowers were not delivered. Apparently it was too cold out to leave them outside and the recipient wasn’t home. I recently ordered (last minute) some flowers for a funeral of a friend. I picked out a bouquet online and made the online purchase. Within fifteen minutes, the Holiday Floral Shop called me and apologized profusely that they just did not have those colors in at the moment. Completely understandable given supply shortages and the fact that I ordered twenty-four hours in advance.
