I had a rush order due to a funeral. Holiday Green was extremely accommodating. I called them and originally they said that it would be a challenge, but agreed to get my suit to me in time to leave for the funeral. They were very kind and professional.

While lacking the human element.. it's works! Between the app and the system in place, communication is a breeze and I can go whenever I can vs when the human element mentioned before can be around. They got my husband's heavily soiled white shirt white again. I don't think I've said "Wow!" like that at a dry cleaner's work in a very long time. I've already dropped a second order and am looking forward to being impressed again.

My first time using their services . Very modern, but modernization aside it seemed a burden to them to provide assistance to a first time user. Unfortunately kindness and respect did not appear to be their strong suit. I had high hopes to find a dry cleaner being new to town and my search will continue.
