Outstanding service Spectacular cleaning and laundry Friendly people
I recently brought a dress in to be cleaned for a wedding. With a hectic schedule, I planned to pick it up the night before using the 24/7 kiosk. To my surprise, the kiosk said my dress was unavailable and could only be picked up during normal business hours *instant panic*. I used the call feature on the kiosk, and the gentleman who answered was incredibly attentive and could clearly hear the worry in my voice. ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at Holiday Green Cleaners. Before dropping off the suits, I asked twice to confirm the price and was told it would be $25. When I came back, they charged $72 with no explanation. When I tried to ask about the price difference, they were rude and dismissive. The whole experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needed to be said. I hope they improve their customer service and are more honest about their pricing.
Fantastic service. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help, inspecting our clothes and offering advice. I'd procrastinated on getting my wardrobe ready for my cousin's wedding and needed some work done by 2:00 the next day. They were able to dry clean and press my suit, press and starch my shirt, and press the jacket for my dad's suit in under 24 hours.
