We live in holiday city, no complaints. Good place to live
I live in this Community. The offices are only open Mon - Thursday and close at 1 pm so leave a message and they will call back. The HOA rules are simple and easy to follow. The HOA fee is the lowest in the State and has not gone up until this year around $65 a month for maintenance of the Club House, Lawns, irrigation systems for the entire complex and snow removal.
