The Graham dealership and Erin provided exceptional service. Could not be happier with the dealership, sales and finance.
Benny was great!
Staff was friendly. There was a mix up with parts but that was fixed right away. There was an issue with the hood latch and they were going to fix it, but I called my husband and he informed us that it’s been happening and it was an easy “fix” while we waited for the part to come in. And that was done. Waiting room was nice to work in. Coffee, donuts and water was offered.
Good all round service. All were cordial and helpful.
