Anyone who rents the room I had to a tenant without informing them what they are about to experience is not a good person. Very loud screaming, yelling and domestic abuse heard through the walls pretty much every day at all hours. I have video audio recordings at 3:30 am, 6:00 am from the same night. Start time and finish time. Several times in a few months the Police would raid units looking for criminals with warrants. My experience is not over. Review pending... our philosophical mindset on life sets the tone for everything. A Man does not lose control. A Man sets a good example for his children. A Man accepts the consequences to his actions, he does not blame others for his mistakes. No Man is perfect but if he admits his error and attempts to improve himself, people will support him.
I’m rebuilding and this place has been the perfect spot to do that. It’s pay and stay and you can pay weekly with an ID, no rental history or credit check. There’s some neighbor domestic drama every once in a while, but it’s not bad. I have a wonderful neighbor who has been a great help. I’m in a renovated unit and it’s cute, modern, and clean. The absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life. The managers Adam and John are just rent collectors with no personality and no assistance any time I needed assistance. Stay away from this dilapidated dump at all costs.
