I put up my rating due to adding a playground for the kids, so that they aren't on the roads. Unfortunately, rotting trees, raccoons damaging underneath the trailers and rising rent prices every year aren't doing much. Loose pets using the restroom in your yard is so normalized that if you ask the owner not to you get told they can "do whatever I want". You can drive the speed limit, but everyone is in a rush to get home that they get annoyed at you. Victoria just isn't a great place to live because the entitlement is high. ... read more
Horrible spacing for driving and parking, horrible speed bumps that are deceptively tall, just very packed and claustrophobic feeling overall.

The lot rent is a little steep and the rules that they require you to follow they don't follow on a timely basis. The neighborhood is for the most part quiet and friendly.
