If u r smart DO NOT MOVE IN to this place. They try to act like they know the law and enforce it but they dont know anything.....current residents ready to take to court......They suck at finances and throw bs penalties on their residents and they cant keep managers.
This place had its problems too begin with..but since these new owners took over ot has become a nightmare..they want this place too look like a Dallas houseing suburb..they dont get the fact that the people living here most of us barly make our monthly bills..and they want this done or that done..if you dont thats an extra 50.00 on your rent payment for everything we tell you too do that you dont..they want us too do this and that but arent doing anything them selves to make this place look nicer..all that is happened is ne... read more
This was a great place until the new owners came in. The actual people that bought out the park arent even in Victoria. If you like paying fines for made up rules, being told what can and cant go into your own property, having drug dealers in the neighborhood, and never being able to contact the front office, it might be the place for you.
