Propane refill is terrible! Every time I come here. They can't send someone out to fill, because they don't have two people working. Why sell Propane if you can't fill tanks? I pushed the service help button several times, and waited 10+ minutes, no one come out or answered the speaker. I went in to the store. Today they had two people. The guy at the register said i can't leave here, I'll have the other employee fill you, after they are done with working on the car wash. The Clearfield location has two absolutely amazing managers who will take care of you. Becca and Sher make the store run smoothly and are amazing at their jobs.
Good: Great location for me to stop at to fuel up and get items. And Sheldyn (I believe that’s how it’s spelled) is friendly and very attentive. Not so good: approaching the door and just observing the older woman cashier working this morning a little before 6 am just on her phone and immediately put it away when she noticed I was watching. I don’t think her or any employee should be on their phone while on the floor. Especially working the register. She wasn’t very nice either.
Stopped in here multiple times to refill my propane tanks. Staff always says they can't do it or they are understaffed. Why say you sell. propane? Tired of wasting my time taking a chance if I can get a refill or not. Taking business down the road. I suggest others do the same.
