The “manager” voided my transaction at the self checkout 2x and told me to “dump my drink out and move my car” because my tire was outside of my spot. He refused to let me pay and threatened to call the cops on me if I left with my drink without paying. He also refused to tell me his name or the name of his regional manager. To put this in perspective, I go to Holiday oil daily but will no longer support a company whose staff could treat someone so unprofessionally. I’ve called HR and left messages with no response.
