I visited this Chevron about 3 times a day for nearly 2 years for snacks, as my workplace is next door, same with all of my coworkers- everyone there knows our faces. Now, I'm renouncing my loyalty membership. Just earlier, a self-checkout error (I typically choose no receipt, didn't realize it didn't go through) led to Travis (manager) checking CCTV and noting my plate, then sending an employee to drive over to my workplace and ask around for me, painting me as a thief while demanding I walk back and manually collect and ri... read more
