This company scams vendors by booking calls, authorizing service and then not paying there bills. To top that off after they don't pay you they call you and try to get you to work for them again. Like I forget all the people who don't pay! If your a contractor do not accept work orders from them unless you like not getting paid.
This is such great help finding a midterm rental. They also offer big discounts for longer stay.
I stayed at a month2month rental in Washington State (Close to Seattle) for work . The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. My stay was originally for one month, but I was able to extend it twice with the company’s help. I had a minor internet issue during my stay, but the staff was friendly and resolved it quickly. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a rental in the area.
Take every photo of your temp house to dispute additional charges on you. Stayed only one month. Upon checkout, charged unreasonable fees for pre-existing conditions. i.e. deep cleaning to remove pre-existing stains on old sofa, purchasing & shipping a new duvet cover which you even didn't use at all. Better to stay away this company if possible. Should have checked bad reviews before making a decision. Search for "Holidale Irvine" on yelp, their previous name. Many similar complaint. Great service. Responsive communication. 2x month stay in San Diego. I would use them again for month plus stays.
