Perspective/review of owner. Subpar experience having our property managed out of Phoenix. With low transparency, poor communication and poor decision making due to the split of management in the US and support staff in China, making it untenable in the long run. Given that they are not BBB accredited (or registered), you may be better served by PMs that actually have boots on the ground and is familiar with interacting with localized services.
The home we stayed in was very nice and clean. It was fully furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Relocated to Irvine for work and chose Month2Month for the flexibility and extra space. I started from one month and kept extending as my project got longer. Really liked that I didn’t have to move around or lock into a long lease upfront. The home was in a nice community and fully furnished with everything I needed to settle in right away - don’t think I’ll ever go back to hotel suites for long work trips after experiencing this. Staff were also very professional and responsive from booking to supporting the entire stay

Honestly, if you’re considering a multi-room hotel suite, this gives you more space and comfort at a much better value.
Quiet location, big kitchen, most general household needs furnished. Master bedroom and bath are quite large. Furniture a bit worn and the yard service came in the back without ringing the bell. Only real complaints. It wasn't home but we were content there while displaced from home for a few months.
