My sons Boots were promised in August 2019 then October 2019 and continue on. All contact has been made by us and not from them. Now getting covid excuse but boots should have been in our hands well before covid was even a situation. Very disappointed and upset at how this has been handled. I’ve never left a business a bad review. I think we have been patient and deserve a personal call.
If you want hand made boots constructed in Aggieland, wear the best, wear the tradition, wear Holicks.
They are amazing group of people. Such talent for making boots.
The variety and customer service is outstanding!! This is a must stop and Shop in Bryan!
