From the front desk all way to the doctor, you receive excellent care. The doctor has years of experience and is good at what he does.
This morning I woke up with severe pain in one of my eyes. My normal I doctor wasn’t able to get me in, so I called Holicki in hopes I would be able to get in and see a doctor to hopefully find out what was causing my pain. They got me right in first thing this morning and I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes tops. Very professional and friendly staff couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
They care VERY much about EVERYONE they see regardless of their ability to pay. :)
Today, I had my annual eye examination at the Angola, IN office. I was met by a very friendly young technician named Haley. Her professionalism was exceptional. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge as she examined my eyes and verified my prescriptions. She then passed me off to Dr. Emerson, another impressive professional. I'm good to go for now and will be back this time next year. I highly recommend Holicki, Dr. Emerson and Haley!
This was my first time there, the Dr and the tech after was wonderful!! so helpful. so kind. The tech really listened to me, was respectful of my needs and really knew what she was talking about! I am changing my whole family to this practice . I really wish I knew the techs name, she made my visit superb💙

I had cataract surgery done by him. I was in so much pain after the numbness wore off. On my follow up visit the next day all he said was you should have called. As if he didn't know what kind of pain I was going to be in!! Day after surgery my eye was so swollen and bloody my bottom eye lid was literally inside out. My left my eye was in major pain & the side of my temple for months! I was bruised around my eye,down into my face for months. I got more compassion from Gerardo than from him.
