We contracted with holgerson and were set to have our roof installed around September 5th. It is October 9th and still no roof. We understand construction delays but the issue is communication. We have tried to contact them every other day as has our contractor. No response whatsoever from them. The person who occasionally answers the phone is perhaps the worst customer service example that I have ever experienced.
