Dr. Reynolds is very poor communicator and she proved to be inept. She prescribed a medication that, clearly, she didn't understand how the medication worked. It ended up with me collapsing, hitting my head and being rushed to the emergency room. The ER doctors were perplexed because usually with these medications, the doctor requires you to come back in 2 weeks for a blood test to make sure you were tolerating the medication. Visited Dr. Garvert for balanoposthitis and later for flu and got both of them cured surprisingly in a day or two. She took time to listen and clearly explained the diagnosis. Dr. Garvert also recommended me to another doctor for a different medical condition and that also helped me a lot.
Positive personality and thorough.
During COVID, I called and asked to be scheduled for an annual physical. I was told they were not seeing patients in the office and could only be scheduled for a virtual appointment. Upon meeting with Dr. Terry Garvert, she informed me they were only doing annual physicals in the office and I was told incorrectly that they were not seeing patients. Dr. Cooper is a rock star :-). My family and I have been seeing him for 20+ years. He always goes above and beyond to care for our family.

We live near Dr. Garvert’s office and three years ago decided to “test drive” her to see if she’d be a good Dr. for us. My wife and I have been so delighted that we did this. We have found her to be professional, exacting and thorough in all of our interactions. She’s also personable and funny, although those things don’t in any way detract from her work as our family physician. We’ve been so pleased that we’ve recommended her to several of our family members. Highly recommend with zero reservations.
What can I say about Dr. Cooper that hasn't already been said? He is friendly, caring, and competent. Because of his track record, it takes forever to get a first appointment with him. However, once you're on his schedule, he always takes his time in helping! I'm sad that I can only see him virtually for the time being.
Dr. Bowers is one of the lowest, if not the lowest rated doctor at this practice (Town Center Family Medicine) according to virtually every website ranking doctors. Sadly, it's well deserved. In a standard 15-minute appointment he will actually see you, listen to your concerns, advise you on your issue, discuss medications, etc for at best 6 minutes.
