I have been here for 9+ months! I am a medical social worker, and I know how things are "supposed" to be run, and it's not good here. These high scores can cause me to have: 1. Nephropathy - kidney issues 2. Neuropathy - pain in my feet 3. Gastroparesis – blockage in my small intestine. I spent 10 days in hospital because of this. Holgate has zero disrespect for employees! Admin required all nurses and CNA’S to work 12 hours w/o overtime pay! This has caused over ½ of them to quit! This is detrimental to patients ... read more
