James is the only piercer I have had and will ever have. He has poked me 4 times in the last decade. Every poke was professional, clean, well explained to me and done with a smile on his face. Love it.

I honestly don't know what I would do if I moved away, because Jim and Zoe are the only people I fully trust to poke me. I've had nothing but incredibly pleasant experiences with the two for years!
