I had a great experience picking out jewelry for my new piercing with Katrina, who was very knowledgeable and extra patient. Her style and passion really showed! James was also incredibly nice, comforting, and enthusiastic during the piercing process. Everyone in the shop was extremely professional and welcoming, and followed COVID-19 safety guidelines to the letter while still managing to make my appointment a personal and positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back to get poked again!

Awesome service, clean, knowledgeable and overall great experience! James was able to squeeze me in short notice due to a cancellation, very much appreciated! Great conversation and love my nostril piercing results. Have to mention the inventory of nose rings and studs, AMAZING!
