I am so happy with the service from Tania and her team at HoldsWorth Brothers. Tania made the process very easy, stress free and made the moment feel really special. They are great communicators and the end product is of the highest quality. Once the first meeting was over the process began immediately and I received emails with high quality diamonds to choose from with all details needed to make an informed decision. Overall very happy with the team.
Love the warm and helpful staff. Particularly appreciate that they listen to me and offer suggestions. A big thanks also for the craftsmanship of my remodelled heirloom ring.

While the customer service was excellent, the limited product variety was a drawback. My husband purchased an 18k white gold chain, and I had hoped to exchange it for a 9k chain, anticipating a straightforward process. However, a 42-45cm length was unavailable, even across other store locations. My options were to retain the original purchase or commission a customized chain at an additional cost, as refunds are not offered.
