Although my therapist was lovely, the actual office is horrible and in a big money scan. They keep not using my insurance and billing me in bulk without notice for my visits that are 100% covered by my insurance. They have stolen almost 1,000 from me and I am trying desperately to get it back. They will not call you back and do not email you when they say they will. They are corrupt and I hope they get shut down. My therapist was great but I dont think she realized what the office was doing to us.

Out of nowhere they took $170 out of my account without my consent. They told me I had a lapse in coverage. I told them I was on a new plan, they failed to tell me when they ran the last insurance that it was non void, so they didn’t reach out and just assumed I didn’t have any coverage and took the money. Now my insurance and I have been fighting with them over a month to issue a refund. They want everything but your damn DNA so they can “dispute” the situation and even then you have to keep track of it they never call back... read more

Robert (Fred) is amazing! The first psychiatrist I have had that has listened to me and I have felt so much better. I've drive 3 hours to see him for my annual in person visit and it was 100% worth it!
