Holding hands is an amazing home healthcare agency! They provided my Family member with the best quality of care that I could’ve ever imagined! I highly recommend their services
Holding Hands was hired to provide 24 hour in home care for my son who is 14 years old and autistic. The services provided were horrible. Staff was supposed to take care of my son and they were neglectful at every level. Staff would show up late, or not show up at all. Staff was to stay awake around the clock. They would sleep at night and nap during the day, these were not sleep shifts. They didn’t take care of his hygiene at all. He would go weeks without a shower.
