Would never recommend engaging with Holdfast or Nigel. Completely derailed my project over a redundant easement, difficult to deal with and incredibly slow at responding to anything.
I have been working alongside Holdfast for many years. They are extremely great operators and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
