After multiple trips by another company. Throwing parts at my system. I finally asked for a 2nd opinion. Holder's was out within a few hours and fixed all previous companies mistakes. System up and running in a few hours. Professional, personal, knowledgeable, affordable, quick response, online pay option.
Our HVAC unit stopped working overnight as we unexpectedly woke up to a nippy room. Filled out an online appointment request with Holders Heating & Air at 0500. Received a confirmation at 0630. Todd and Devan arrived at 1230 (on time). Diagnosed, identified the issue in about an hour. Called, took care of warranty, picked up the part, replaced the board and restored the heat by 1530. Great and efficient service!
I don't know if there are enough ways I can describe how excellent Holder's Heating & Air were to me and my family. A few days after a snow and ice storm I noticed our heat pump was struggling to keep up. I called to make a service appointment, Cheryl immediately got me scheduled and got them out here the same afternoon. Holders installed a new heat pump for us yesterday and we couldn’t be happier! The company is family owned and operated. Fast, efficient friendly service and we get peace of mind with the included 10 year parts and labor warranty. I would recommend holders to anyone with HVAC needs!
The office staff is polite and professional. She set up the appointment and followed up leading to the appointment date. Devan (technician) and Todd (owner/master tech) arrived on time with clean and well labeled van and fully equipped. The gentlemen spent quite a bit of time performing the Spring check up for both inside and outside units. They're very knowledgeable, thorough, and detail oriented. They didn't rush to just get the job done. We'll be your long-term customer going forward.
