Beware of this builder: He cannot be contacted- incomplete work The builder had informed us he was filing for bankruptcy on 8th October and still has not done so. He still has an active website, Instagram, ASIC number and builder registration. We signed a contract with holder homes in 2023 September to build a passive house. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HOLDER HOMES! Outstanding defects nearly 2 years later with Builder Dean conveniently not responding. We have been left with thousands of dollars worth of work needing to be redone in our block. We were pushed into settling quickly without our defects completed - run a mile if you see a property constructed by Holder Homes. There is nothing ‘luxury’ about this company…extremely cheap trades used which is obvious through out.

My townhouse settled 18 months ago. I have a whole list of outstanding defects with no responses to emails. My car space leaks which damaged my Mercedes. Holder Homes are exactly the type of company people tell you to worry about when buying off the plan.

We did some rendering work for Holder Homes, sent the invoice in May, still have not been paid. Dean has made so many excuses as to why he has not finalised the invoice. Spoke to Daniella in the office a few times, said she will follow up Dean and call back, but never did. We will now be taking legal action.
