If you make an appointment good luck with the manager seeing you my parents had an apt on 9-3-15 at 11 am they got there at 10:30 and never saw the manager apparently she had another client in the office and couldn't even come out to talk to my parents so they left. The manager never called to apologize or anything and I feel that is very rude and bad for business.
