Dr. Holden and the entire staff are extremely kind and professional. I have been here several times and always have the same positive experiences and results. We are very fortunate to have an office like this in Mt. Pleasant.
I could never say anything bad about this practice. I started here many years ago with Dr Holdens father. From the appointment phone calls to walking out the door, these people have the most care and concern as if I were family. The last year has been traumatic regarding dental work. Dr. Holden is an expert at being calm, caring and informative regarding treatment. He deals extremely well with a crying female. I hope I never need him again, but this practice would always be my first choice.
I am sorry to say anything negative about this practice as I have always liked Dr. Holden and all his staff tremendously and been, overall, satisfied with service there but I must say there is (to a consumer especially) an area that has now become fairly consistently very poor quality: billing services. Had a bad tooth taken out yesterday at 11 A.M. Worst part was getting the shots to numb my mouth. Did NOT feel anything when removing tooth. As of now 7:30 A.M. next day still very little pain or swelling. Been using this great practice for years. Big thank you to dr holden and entire great staff from front desk all the way through his practice.
