We are happy with the actual laid product. The fact we had to wait for delivery was expected. The communication from Carpet Court was consistently effective. The laying went off well. Cut offs were left laying on our dining room floor which was a surprise.
Delighted with the service provided at Carpet Court Holden Hill. In store, Nigel was very helpful when chatting with my partner and myself about our needs. He explained the differences in quality and material and where particular items were made and that helped us decide which carpet to go with. The ease of payment, measurement appointment, and subsequent installation was excellent. They could get us in before Christmas, which was appreciated. We were very happy with the patience and perseverance of our salesman, Nathan, who went the extra step to get us what we wanted. Steve, who did the installation did a great job as well.
Nathan & his team did a fantastic job sourcing tassie oak flooring to match existing older flooring. Nathan came the night before install to remove & dispose of old pet stained carpet, and his team of 2 very friendly installers finished 2 rooms in 3 hours. Every one of the team cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. A beautiful job- thank you so much!
