Door to the bathroom was broken for our whole trip, called twice and no one fixed it. Poor communication throughout our entire trip. We arrived to find they placed another family in the house we reserved and paid for. Mistakes happen, but they did not apologize or offer any compensation for the hour and a half we spent waiting in our car (after driving 8 hours) waiting for them to fix this issue.
Honest, well run small office. Good prices. The only place I go to for vacation rentals yesr after year..
I love every time I go in the office. We could set there and talk for hours. Anything we needed we had. I also love how they would say see y'all soon and have a safe trip. Even as we left would talk for hours before leaving. Then again would tell us have a safe trip home and we will see y'all next year. I would give anything to be with them instead of Alan Holden properties. The nicest, kindest, well mannered, and happy to see you. Going to really miss going there and seeing Miss Pat. Rest in peace my dear friend
