My four-year-old daughter had a very positive experience yesterday at this office! I would definitely recommend it.
I usually have to bring all of my four kids when one of them has an appointment and not only are Dr Novack's staff great with the child patient but patient with the other children waiting as well. Thanks a lot!
Being one who doesn't lose sleep waiting for the next dental visit my first visit to Holden Dental Care was excellent. The staff (my interface was with Kim & Lucy only) were very skilled, especially helpful and expedient. Dr. Novack did a thorough exploratory/review and was quite easy to talk with concerning my dental health.
A great experience with the staff! Everyone is very friendly, tells you what is going on and gives you options and choices.

Dr. Novak and his staff are exceptional. I came to Holden Dental after a difficult and painful history with one particular tooth, and they were incredibly patient, thorough and caring. I used their consulting endodontist to try to save a fractured tooth and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have complete trust in them!
My visit was pleasant, efficient and thorough as always. After coming here I realized what a complete dental examination and treatment is supoosed to be! Wish I found Holden Dental and Dr. Novack years ago. As always thank you All! Laurie

Dr Novak, his wife Lynn and the staff at Holden Dental Care are very professional in the work they do, as well as providing a caring and friendly atmosphere. For the last ten years, Dr Novak and his wife Lynn have been providing free dental care to orphans and poor children from Belarus who come to visit families here in the central Massachusetts area.
