I had my first appointment at Holden Dental this week. I was so happy with the time they devoted to me. Their initial exam is so thorough. They started off taking my blood pressure. After that, I had xrays, pictures done with a scope of the teeth, a picture of what I look like, a periodontal exam, and lastly a cancer screening. I am a new patient and can't say enough about my first experience. From the minute I called to schedule my appointment I was so happy. The front office staff is fabulous! They were so friendly and accomodating to my schedule. At the first appointment they introduced themselves and welcomed me! I had a pleasent visit, Staff was great. The Dr was informative and helpful. Prescription for an anti biotic and pain killer was given. I am currently in pain due to not being able to take the prescribed pain medication as it causes me to have extreem itching. Glad I have an appointment tomorrow at 6:15 P.M.
I recently switched my dental provider to Holden Dental Care (1092 Main Street, Holden, MA) based on a recommendation from a co-worker. After my first visit for a basic check-up, I certainly am glad that I took the advice. The service and care I received from the front desk staff, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Novack was outstanding and made me feel very well taken care of.
