Very well run operation. Every 6 months I'm impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the cleaning an examination I receive. This time I was under a little bit of time pressure and everyone helped ensure I was able to leave on time, but without compromising on what needed to be done. It's clear Dr. Novak takes his job seriously and has fostered a great practice.
I've been so disappointed with customer service everywhere lately. From CVS to hair salons to my cable service over the phone... Holden Dental Care is above and beyond. I went in as a new patient yesterday and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. So friendly, nice, and thorough in explanations.
Previous dentist did not want to address my issue. And Dr novak's concern was what I came in for and we can address other needs in the future
This is a very professional health care team. The office was well organized, yet very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to me feel comfortable and assisted with any concerns that I had.
Very patient with the little patients. The try to redirect, comfort and joke with them. The hygenists, assistants and Dr are very kind and patient.
Dr. Novack placed my veneers a few years ago and I love them! I often get compliments on how beautiful my smile is and how natural it is. I've also had a root canal with Dr. Harvey Novack here and it was a great experience. Fast, painless, and easy.
Once again a quality on time visit! Christine is the hygentist / dental wizard who keeps my dental needs as a top priority! Barbara and her staff is fantastic in the front office , keep up the great customer experience!
Everyone at Holden Dental was just wonderful! Even the Office Mgr. Lynn popped her head in during my visit to say "Hi" (we spoke at length prior to my visit, when I first called to inquire)! I'm a new patient and was very impressed with the attention, care and quality of the visit. thanks for making my first visit such a great experience!
