I am utterly amazed at the terrible experience I’ve had with this company. My cabinet maker placed an order for custom John Boos countertops on Feb 2nd, 2021, and was quoted a 6 week turnaround. It is now July 20, 2021 and we STILL do not have our countertops!!! We were told the first order was ‘lost or stolen’ but we are wondering if it was never placed by Holdahl. Worst company ever. We waited for counter tops for weeks, only to receive the wrong dimensions. Our second attempt resulted in the counter top never arriving - they continued to promise it would arrive and it still hasn’t. Buyers beware. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this horrible company.

One of the best managed company I have ever had the opportunity to work with.
Horrible customer service and misleading descriptions! I ordered the rotary recycling center on Amazon through this company. Based on the description it should fit my standard 36" cabinet; however, it did not and I would have had to make adjustments. I shipped the product back within 2 days of receiving it. The product was still brand new and not even taken out of the box. Upon returning this company took 20% off the original product price due to "the cost of processing orders."
