We are visiting from out of town and I've had a piece in mind, but hadn't decided where to go for the best work. We passed by this shop and decided to find out if they had time and would do it. Jeremiah took care of me and did some GREAT detail and did it way better than I expected. I'm loving the work and the attention to detail, and the great customer service. I'll be coming back to have him make additions to the piece! Thank you!!!

I had my nose pierced by Jen in November. She did a wonderful job of explaining everything she was doing and after care. The piercing was fast and easy. Just a few days ago, my jewel fell out so I messaged Hold Fast on facebook. They responded the next day and Jen called me on her first day back to work. She is sending me money to have my jewelry replaced since I live 4 hrs away! Such a good experience! Thanks Jen!
